Changing your mind about an online purchase
For goods covered by the statutory withdrawal right, notify PartyMalta within 14 days after you or your nominee receive them. You do not need to give a reason. Use our online withdrawal form, email info@partymalta.com, or write to PartyMalta, 90 Triq Vajrita, Marsaskala, MSK 3326, Malta. Include your name and order reference.
Returning your items
Return goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for return arrangements. Keep proof of return. You may inspect goods as you could in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may reduce the refund for diminished value. Packaging is helpful but its absence does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Any direct return cost payable by you must have been disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
We reimburse payments due, including our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after your cancellation notice. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them back or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first. Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra fees. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Personalised goods and services
Exceptions apply only where permitted by law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. An applicable exception must be identified before purchase. Inflation alone is not an automatic blanket exclusion. Service cancellation rights depend on the service and the express requests and information required by law. Agreed booking conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order reference and details of the problem. We will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not removed by personalised goods, packaging requirements, or a request to report a problem promptly.
